I didn’t have time to write anything this week, so I decided to go through my archives of unposted stuff from college. While I was doing this, I rediscovered one of my earliest poems from when I first dipped my toes into poetic waters. It was something I wrote for this poetry competition for a scholarship (I’m pretty sure it was here). I didn’t win, I barely knew what I was writing at the time. All I knew was I liked writing words and mixing them up to create something new and original.
Anyways, I didn’t read through all of this, so I’m just going to post it in it’s raw and unedited version and y’all let me know what you think.

This is my individual podcast section for my news capstone class. It wasn’t in the final product, but this is what I originally was going to submit. It’s a VERY rough draft, but it didn’t come out too bad! Anyway, this is what singles in Dallas and Denton thought of COVID testing before meeting dates or considering more dates with potential matches. Full Story coming soon on my journalist portfolio.
